Refund policy

Last updated October 11, 2026

If you pay and it is not right for your club, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. This policy is part of our terms of service.

What you can get back

  • The trial comes first: you can try FunnelCake for two full game weeks before paying anything, so we expect most clubs to know whether it fits before they subscribe.
  • First payment: a full refund if you ask within 30 days of the day you first pay. No questions needed, though we would like to hear what made you change your mind.
  • Renewals: if a renewal is charged and you did not mean to keep the subscription, ask within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, provided your club has not used FunnelCake since the renewal date. We email your Owner and Admins about 60 days ahead so you can cancel first.
  • Mid-term cancellations: you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid year, and we do not refund the remaining months after the 30-day (first payment) or 14-day (renewal) windows above.
  • Mistakes on our side: if we charge you twice or the wrong amount, we will correct it and refund the difference whenever it is found.

How to ask for a refund or cancel

  • To ask for a refund: use the form on our contact page and tell us your club's name and the email on the account. We reply to refund requests promptly and send refunds to the original card. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
  • To cancel: your club's Owner or Admin can ask us through the contact page, with the club's name and the email on the account, and we will cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

After a refund

A refunded club returns to the paused state, with reading and exporting still available. Refunding does not reset the free trial, and a club may get a refund on its first payment only once.
