What we collect

We measure how this website and the app are used so we can make them better. We don't sell your information to anybody, and there is no advertising.

What we measure

We never record anything you type into a field.

The cookie

We set one cookie in your browser so that reading this site and later signing in to the app count as the same visitor. It holds a random identifier, not your name or email address. Once you sign in to the app, we link it to your account's internal number, so the visits you make on your phone and your computer count as one person. Clearing your cookies removes it.

Screen recordings

We record some visits so we can see where people get stuck. Anything you type is hidden before it leaves your browser. We never record the sign-up, contact or unsubscribe pages, the app's screens that show people's details, or anything while we're helping a club through support.

Do Not Track

If your browser sends Do Not Track, we don't measure anything at all.

In the iPhone and Android app

The app measures the same steps as FunnelCake in a browser, and each one says whether it happened on an iPhone, an Android phone or the website. A few things are different:

What you send us

If you sign up, join our email list or write to us, we keep what you sent so we can do what you asked. You can leave the email list at any time. If you import a count from a photo, the photo is sent to the AI service that reads it, and we don't keep it.

People your club writes down

A club can keep contact details for people who don't use FunnelCake, like the custodian who unlocks the building or the athletic director. Those details belong to the club: they are included in the club's data export and deleted with the club. We never contact them.

Who sees it, and deleting it

We use one analytics service, and we don't pass any of this on to anybody else. Write to us and we will delete everything we hold about you.
