What two game weeks free means
A game week is every game in the same week — Thursday JV and Friday varsity count as one — from counting stock to recording what sold. Your first two are free. There is no calendar deadline: a game week is counted when you finish its cycle, so you can set up and take your time. We ask for nothing to pay with until both are used, and we will write to you before that happens.
How the year works
- Your year starts the day you pay and renews on that date each year. About 60 days before, we write to your club's current Owner and Admins.
- If a renewal is missed, you have 30 days before saving is paused. You can always see and export your data. A club that comes back after that pays the price at the time.
- Card only. The person who signs up decides whether they or the club pays, and can hand the subscription to a new owner.
- Changed your mind? Ask within 30 days of your first payment and it is refunded in full. The details are in the refund policy.
Questions
What if we run more than one stand?
One price covers them all. FunnelCake counts a club as one organization, and there is no charge per team, window or volunteer you add.
Does FunnelCake take payments from our customers?
No. FunnelCake plans what to buy and records what sold, and you keep using whatever you already use to take money.
Who owns our data?
You do, and you can export it at any time. The terms of service spell it out in plain words.
